Wrap-Up Meeting with the World Bank Supervision Mission Team Members

Representatives of the domestic institutions from the land administration sector of BH held a wrap-up meeting with representatives of the World Bank in the offices of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the FBH. The World Bank Mission visited BH as part of its regular mission on 2-11 June 2015 to review the process of implementation of the Real Estate Registration Project (RERP). This project is implemented by the two entity-level authorities for geodetic and real property affairs. The main project objective is data harmonization between the cadastre and the land register in the Federation of BH, and establishment of the real estate cadastre (public disclosure) in the Republika Srpska. On behalf of the two entity-level authorities, the meeting was attended by their Directors, Željko Obradović and Miloš Komljenović, and the World Bank team was led by Mika Torhonen. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the entity-level Ministries of Justice and the Federal Ministry of Finance of the FBH.

Satisfaction with the project performance so far was highlighted, and support was given to successful continuation of implementation of all activities planned under this project. The resulting harmonized data will be of vital importance to all its users and the overall economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina
