WORKSHOPS WITHIN THE REAL ESTATE REGISTRATION PROJECT

Within the Real Estate Registration Project were held workshops entitled – „Law on Land Registry Books, replacement and establishment of the land register: practical examples„ on 3 and 4 October 2018. On behalf of the Implementation Unit of Real Estate Registration Project were Mr. Muris Ajanović consultant for cadastre, and Mrs. Slađana Lozančić consultant for land administration, and on behalf of Cities/Municipalities were heads of land registry offices, land registry officers, temporary assistants, and employees of cadaster, urban planning, spatial planning and public ombudsman.

First workshop was held on 3 October 2018 for employees from municipal courts in Zenica, Sarajevo, Zavidovići, Travnik and municipalities/cities: Zenica Centar, Novo Sarajevo, Stari Grad, Vogošća, Ilijaš, Trnovo, Hadžići, Zavidovići, Maglaj, Travnik, Busovača, Novi Travnik and Vitez, and second workshop was held on 4 October 2018 for employees of municipal courts in Bihać, Cazin, Velika Kladuša, Livno, Sanski Most and municipalities/cities: Bihać, Bosanski Petrovac, Bosansko Grahovo, Cazin, Velika Kladuša, Livno, Tomislavgrad, Drvar, Glamoč, Kupres, Sanski Most and Ključ.

Some of the topics from the workshop were specific situations during harmonization of data between cadaster and land registry, and at these workshops are given specific instructions, guidelines on how to solve them. They also discussed what conditions should fulfill competent municipal authorities in order to be able to transfer the registration from the temporary records of the Book of Agreements to the newly established land registry in the Municipal Court, as well as many other topics.
