In accordance with the planned activities within the Swedish DELEF project (Digital improvement of land management for the EU future of Bosnia and Herzegovina), a workshop was held in Sarajevo within the framework of component 2: Establishment of a mass real estate assessment system, in the period from April 23 to 25, 2024.
The workshop was opened by Mrs. Andja Zimić in front of Lantmäteriet and the coordinator of component 2 Ms. Jelena Zelić, while in front of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs assistant director Mr. Denis Tabučić and expert advisor Ms. Jelena Zelić presented the activity plan for the World Bank project GIVE (Geospatial Infrastructure and Valuation Enhancement Project), which aims to provide support in harmonizing real estate data between the Land Register and Cadastre, public display of cadastral survey data, development of spatial data infrastructure of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, mass valuation and building registration.
The workshop was led by Swedish experts in the field of real estate valuation in front of the Lantmäteriet Mr. Hans Söderblom and Mr. Simon Ek, and during the workshop a combination of presentations, expert speeches, and activities was used.
The workshop aimed to present the results of the CILAP project (Building capacity for the improvement of land administration and procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina) to the consultants engaged in the DELEF project with a detailed review of the process and organizational model of the Sales Price Register in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Mass Valuation Project, and the consultants had an insight into an example of the Swedish real estate analysis and mass valuation system.
