Workshop within the CILAP Project; Continued training of a group of experts for project management

In accordance with the planned activities of the CILAP project, the second workshop on „Project Management“ was held in Sarajevo on 16-18 December 2019.

The workshop was conducted by expert from Lantmäteriet Mr. Kent Nilsson, Senior Technical Advisor at the International Services of Lantmäteriet.

This was the second training on project management. Activities on improving the knowledge of a group of experts from the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and the Republic Authority for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of Republic of Srpska for managing of complex projects within the administration were continued. Two representatives of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Srpska also attended the workshop.

The workshop goal was to present good project management through good communication and activity planning.

During exercises, participants from both administrations had to demonstrate the skills of communication, good planning and, at the same time adapted them to the specific needs of their authorities.
