Workshop within Component realted to „Land and Property Valuation”

In accordance with the planned activities of the CILAP project for a period 08-12 June 2015 workshop on „ Development of the SPR technical documentation” is held in Maxi hotel.

The workshop is led by regional experts from Slovenia Mr. Dušan Mitrović and Ms. Marija Rašković from Serbia and following topics were presented:

• SPR Web Application Registry price-model from Slovenia and Serbia
• Revision of the prepared SPR technical documentation and discussions on details
• Support in final development of the SPR technical documentation.

The main objective of the workshop was to provide technical support for development of technical documentation for Sale Price Register system. The Sale Price Register implementation plan developed by working group is a good basis for the development of technical documentation. The implementation plan is a broader picture which is a detailed overview of the organizational and process models. Now working group has to deal with details of the System such as the functionality of the Price Register, which information will be available and who will be system users, setting up a non-functional requirements etc. At the workshop, beside regular members, representatives of the ICT working group were present, which will support work during development of ICT system.

Experts have presented samples of their questionnaires and data collection, classification and registration of real estates in the application of the Price Register, and cases that need to be taken in consideration during defining in Software. On workshop, specific issues of Price Register development were discussed such as system objects, application attributes, methods of collecting and maintaining of data, operation of the contract in the Price Register (search, statistics, printing, exporting, editing, and viewing) and other details that need to be included in the technical documentation for the development of Property Price Register.

As sign of support, directors of both Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Lantmäteriet, and Ms. Andja Zimic, Project director, during period of CILAP project Steering Committee meeting, came to greet participants and to express satisfaction with results of Component.
