Workshop within Component 5.2 „Land and Property Valuation“

In accordance with the planned activities of the CILAP project for a period 16-20 February 2015 workshop on „Sale Price Register Implementation plan” is held in Sarajevo hotel.

Topics: Review of Draft Implementation plan for Price Register

• Revision of draft for the SPR implementation plan;
• Preparation for presentation: of the pilot project results and of the SPR implementation plan;
• Next steps-activities.

The workshop is led by regional experts from Slovenia Mr. Dušan Mitrović and Ms. Marija Rašković from Serbia.

At the beginning of the workshop the Concept of the Price Register made in Serbia and more detailed Price Register data processing in Slovenia were discussed. On the second day experts put forward their suggestions and comments on the Draft Plan of Price Register implementation and gave suggestions on how to present to management of Geodetic Administration our work during Project duration.

On February 20, meeting / workshop with an IT experts from Lantmäteriet, Mr. Tobias Lundberg and Mr. Henrik Enfors from Sweden and leaders of the ICT workgroup within the Geodetic Administrations is held, where they have discussed on the solutions and IT/IM specifications of the Sale price Register.

According to the CILAP project Annual Work Plan and the plan agreed at a workshop in Sarajevo, during March the workgroups will present Plan of Price Register implementation final version to both management of Administration for Geodetic and Property Affairs and activities preceding in 2015.
