Workshop within CILAP project: Follow up implementation and support for further development of Sales Price Register

In accordance with CILAP project planned activities during a period August 19 -23, 2019 the workshop within the Component 3: Support to the development of Sales Price Register was held in Laktaši.

Ms. Marija Rašković, expert from Serbia and Mr. Söderblom Hans, expert from Sweden led the workshop related to this topic. The workshop was attended by representatives of CILAP working groups from the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and the Republic Authority for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs.

The first part of the workshop started with presentations of residential market analyses executed by working groups. During the workshop, market trends, data quality analysis and factors that have influence on the price of apartments and houses were discussed.

During the second day, the experts gave instructions and recommendations related to the methodology, as well as instructions for practical further analysis and determination of value zones using the Sales Price data and GIS tools.

Also during the workshop, the project phasing out phase and the activities that need to be undertaken to prepare for the pilot project of a mass valuation and development of study for future activities were discussed.
