Workshop related to Sales Price Register “Activity plan for Year 2017”

In accordance with CILAP project planned activities during a period November 14-18, 2016, workshop within the component 3: Support to the development of Sales Price Register was held in Trebinje.

The workshop was led by Ms. Marija Rašković, expert from Serbia and Mr. Söderblom Hans, expert from Sweden regarding this topic.

On workshop activities carried out in order to implement or prepare for pilot projects were presented to experts by working groups. After that there was discussion regarding legislation, with particular emphasis on rulebook in order to give clear indication to working groups of what is required to support with legislation so that Sales Price Register could be used in proper manner.

During second day a pilot office within local office in Trebinje have been visited. A couple of sales contracts were registered on-site by working group of Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs after which they have discussed identified issues / specific situation.

Through presentation of examples from Serbia related to steps during implementation and training of Sale Price Register users and examples of cooperation between Sweden Geodetic Administration and Tax Administration, the aim of workshop was to give working groups recommendations for planning further activities in Year 2017, taking into account duration of CILAP project.
