WORKSHOP REGARDING CILAP PROJECT FIRST COMPONENT “CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND GOOD COMMUNICATION”

A workshop regarding CILAP project first component „Conflict management and good communication“ was held in Mostar during period of 5-7 March 2018. This workshop was organized in co-operation with Center for Business Systems Development and Education from Sarajevo, with many years of experience in the field of training and education, Interquality d.o.o. Sarajevo.

A workshop was intended for workingroups leaders and participants in projects that are implemented by Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of FBiH and Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs Republic of Srpska. The main goal was to find a way how to reduce the number of misunderstandings and conflict situations.

Through lectures, discussions, demonstration and simulation, as well as exchange of experience participants were acquainted with the causes of conflict and steps for their solving. A lecture regarding bargaining skills and skills for successful communication was also useful, also the rules of a business behaviour that enable every employee to do their jobs easier, safer and more confident.

The workshop gave answers to a many questions related to coordinated business relationships, for the purpose of more efficient job performance and presentation of achieved results.
