Workshop on CILAP project component 5: Support to the development of ICT and Geoinformatic´s system

In accordance with the planned activities of the CILAP project an ICT workshop with a goal to continue support to the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs (FGA) and Republic Authority for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs (RGA) in the processes of ICT improvement was held in Sarajevo on May 22-25, 2018.

The workshop was led by Lantmäteriet’s experts Mr. Fredrik Evaldsson and Mr. Niklas Olsson and it was attended by the members of ICT working groups from the FGA and RGA.

The topics of the workshop were:

• SOA and web services
• SOA standards, security and architecture
• Service Oriented Architecture integration and initial draft of a SOA roadmap document
• API management
• Implementation of centralised monitoring and logging at FGA

The members of working groups have presented ICT organization and infrastructure in their authorities, current situation, development of different applications, e-services and plans for future development.

During the workshop, suggestions were made for resolving certain problems that the authorities are facing, experiences have been exchanged and agreements were reached on areas in which further support is needed.
