In accordance with the planned activities of the Swedish donor project DELEF, “Digital Enhancement of Land Management for the EU Future of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, which aims to strengthen capacities and transfer knowledge to improve the efficiency and reliability of land administration, a workshop was held in Sarajevo from 2nd to 4th September 2025.
The workshop was led by Mr. Martin Smodiš, an expert from the Surveying and Mapping Authority of Slovenia in the field of real estate valuation. During the three-day program, participants had the opportunity to attend professionally designed lectures, which enabled a valuable exchange of knowledge and experiences and encouraged active discussion.
The goal was to review statistical data from the Sales Price Register and to identify supply and demand elements for individual real estate markets. Special attention was given to analyzing the results achieved so far and identifying the factors influencing the real estate market.
At the conclusion of the workshop, further steps were agreed upon in the preparation and analysis of data on residential properties and construction land, thus continuing the implementation of the planned activities within the DELEF project.
