In accordance with planned activities of CILAP project during period in March 27-29 March 2017, worshop is held in Laktasi. The workshop was related to subcomponents of Component 1: Communication and Human Resources.

The workshop was led by experts from Lantmateriet - in the field of human resources Mrs. Anna Hedlund Björk, and for communications Mr. Benny Andersson.

Representatives of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs (FGA) and the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs (RSA) during first day of the workshop have presented reports regarding executed tasks related to the Communication strategy, Human Resources Strategy and frameworks for management policy and employees policy. Planned tasks have been completed, and those documents after adoption were signed by FGA Director, while in RGA documents are in adoption procedure.

After reports are given, experts from Lantmateriet held their presentations, related to workshop topic "Effective communication".

Through simple steps, the structure of a speech / presentation is presented. Basic for each rhetorical structure is a collection of facts and answering basic questions (what, why, when, where, how and by whom), then how to build a good quality speech (introduction, how to tell a given story, what is a purpose, argument, and conclusion) . Most important of all is to know what we are talking about and to emphasize important facts that attract the attention of the recipient.

On the second day of the workshop focus was on the non-verbal communication / body language, and all participants had their time reserved for the presentation and a brief speech.

The experts during presentations were watching body language and at the end of lecture gave their comments / criticism and advices on how to improve communication, and this type of live communication is the goal of the two subcomponents.
