Workshop Held as Part of the GIVE Project

A workshop dedicated to the exchange of experiences and best practices within the GIVE Project was held from 21 to 22 May 2026 at Hotel Han, under the organization of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs. In addition to representatives of the FGA, the workshop was attended by heads of land registry offices from nearly 30 municipal courts across the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as land registry officers engaged in activities related to the systematic establishment and/or replacement of land registry.

During the two-day programme, upgrades to the e-Grunt software were presented, together with the most significant activities being implemented within the GIVE Project. Special attention was devoted to the exchange of experiences and discussions on key challenges faced by land registry offices in the process of systematic establishment and/or replacement of land registries. Among the most important topics were issues related to state property and the procedures followed by land registry officers, accompanied by practical examples, previous experiences, and the application of good practices in individual land registry establishment procedures.

The participants once again emphasized the importance of continuous professional development and capacity building of employees in land registry administration, thereby reaffirming the commitment of all relevant stakeholders to more efficient service delivery to citizens and the strengthening of legal certainty in the field of property rights.
