workshop for the heads of land registry offices is held

The workshop for the heads of land registry offices of municipal courts in the Federation BiH was held in Sarajevo. The workshop was opened by Mr. Nedžad Pašalić, director of WB unit in FBiH for implementation of „Real Estate Registration „ project and led by Miss. Slađana Katić, a consultant for Land Administration in the Project.

The workshop was attended by heads of the land registry offices of municipal courts in Mostar, Orašje, Gradačc, Tešanj, Bihać, Gračanica, Kakanj, Zavidovići, Visoko, Banovići, Široki Brijeg, Tuzla, Bugojno, Čapljina, Goražde, Kalesija, Sarajevo, Livno, Lukavaca, Travnik and Zenica.

The topic of workshop was to make proposals for changing laws and bylaws in the area of land registry rights with respect to the process of establishing a land registry book. Experiences gained during Real Estate Registration project implementation were also discussed by all participants.
