Working visit to the Municipality of Čitluk

On January 20, 2022 Director of the Federal Geodetic Administration Mr. Željko Obradović and director's assistants namely Mr. Denis Tabučić and Mr. Sead Hadžić have visited the Municipality of Čitluk. A meeting was held with the Mayor Mr. Marin Radišić and his associates from the Sector of Geodetic and Real Property Affairs. The meeting was also attended by the director of the County Geodetic Administration, Mr. Ivan Lesko.

The topic of the meeting was the implementation of projects in the field of the Land Administration Sector, which are of special interest to local self-government units. The priority activity is the harmonization of cadastral and land registry data within the project "Real Estate Registration". The data for the cadastral municipalities of Vionica and Bijakovići have been harmonized, and the cadastral municipality of Paoča is in the implementation phase. Special interest in the cadastral municipalities of Medjugorje and Čitluk was emphasized and finding modalities for resolving the current inconsistency of cadastral and land registry records in these cadastral municipalities.

Gratification with the implementation of the address register project, established for the entire area of the Municipality, was emphasized. It should be noted that the municipality of Čitluk was the pilot municipality for the establishment of the address register in the Federation of BiH. Interest was also expressed for the project of establishing a digital archive and utility cadastre, for which realization both legal and technical preconditions are on place, but special dynamics of preparation phase and realization must be agreed.

At the end of the meeting, satisfaction with the cooperation of the Federal Geodetic Administration and the Municipality of Čitluk was emphasized, but also the need to continue the implementation of projects from the Sector of Land Administration in the Municipality of Čitluk.
