Working visit to the City of Ljubuški

On January 21, 2022 representatives of the Federal Geodetic Administration, namely Mr. Željko Obradović, director and director's assistants Mr. Denis Tabučić and Mr. Sead Hadžić have visited the City of Ljubuški. A meeting was held with the Mayor of the City of Ljubuški, Mr. Vedran Markotić and his associates. The meeting was also attended by the President of the Municipal Court, Ms. Ankica Čuljak and the head of the land registry office, Mrs. Ivana Bajto.

During the meeting, projects and activities that are being implemented and are planned to be implemented in the City of Ljubuški from the domain of the Land Administration Sector were discussed. The City of Ljubuški is one of the pilot areas for the harmonization of cadastral and land registry data in the Federation of BiH. All cadastral data are in digital form and so far, cadastral and land registry data have been harmonized or the process of harmonization is underway for 11 cadastral municipalities. It was agreed, in cooperation with the Municipal Court, to continue these activities which are of vital importance for the City, especially when the economic ambitions and perspectives of the City of Ljubuški are known. The Sales Price Register in cooperation with the Tax Administration of Federation BiH is fully operational and the Address Register has been established for the entire area of the City. The activities of the Digital Archive also have started.

Special interest was expressed in the establishment of Utility Cadaster and it was agreed to develop a special dynamic plan for its establishment. Both sides expressed gratification with the cooperation between the Federal Geodetic Administration and the administration of the City of Ljubuški.
