WORKING MEETING WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF MINISTRY FOR INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF SARAJEVO CANTON

Working meeting with the aim of defining the modalities of cooperation and exchange of cadastral and address data, was held in the organisation of Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, Ministry for Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton and CILAP project on 2 October 2018 in premises of Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs.

On the meeting participated representatives of Ministry, and on behalf of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs Mr. Nedžad Pašalić Assistant Director for Geoinformatics, Mr. Denis Tabučić employee of Geoinformatics Sector, and Mrs. Željka Kolobarić coordinator of the Address Register working group.

Possibilities for formal distribution of cadastral and address data to the Ministry as an interested party were considered. Representatives of the Ministry gave formal support for Address Register establishment, and pointed out the importance of the register of residence permits. It was agreed to take steps to define details of the contract, which will create the basis for the download of data, and creation of appropriate e-services.

As a result of this meeting, guidelines for future cooperation were agreed.
