VISIT TO THE POSAVINA CANTON

Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs visited municipalities in Posavina Canton: Orašje, Domaljevac- Šamac and Odžak on 26 September 2018.

In these municipalities, a lot of projects have been implemented in the land administration sector. It is important to point out projects of harmonizing cadastral and land registry data, land consolidation, Address Register and Sales Price Register, and discussions are in progress for Digital Archive.

Within the Real Estate Registration Project which is financed by World Bank credit funds, in Posavina Canton activities are being carried out in all three political municipalities, and it is completed or in the process for 12 cadastral municipalities - mainly urban ones, and also all cadastral and land registry offices are equipped with necessary computer equipment.

Activities on the Address Register in all three municipalities has begun, and activities on the Sales Price Register have not started only in the Orašje Municipality - which is soon to be expected.

Land Consolidation project is special point for this Canton. Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs has been implementing activities regarding finishing already began process on 3000 ha but with insufficient funds.

During conversations with mayors and cadastral offices is was pointed out big pleasure with results and benefits of projects and activities which has been realized in cooperation with Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, and it was expressed will for future cooperation and new projects.
