Use of Sales Price Register data in the Tax Administration internal business system for the purpose of taxation on real estates

At the meeting of the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH with the representatives of the Sarajevo Cantonal Tax Office, one of the conclusions was to organize training for using Sales Price Register in order to harmonize the procedures and involve new users. Thus on November 07, 2019 training on Sales Price Register data entry and Tax Administration internal business (nPis) was held. Employees of the Tax Office carry out the conclusion of the case, at the same time SPR data is also recorded in the Tax Administration internal business system for the purpose of taxation on real estates.

In addition to training related to data entry in both applications, representatives of the Sarajevo Canton's tax offices were also presented the benefits of the Real Estate Price Registry, emphasizing the importance of real estate transactions database, both for the Federation of BiH and for local self-government units.

Finally, the results of the implementation were presented. The system is used in all 77 Tax offices in the Federation of BiH, and 53 000 contracts have been registered of which 30 000 are related to sales contracts.
