THE TENTH SESSION OF THE FBiH SPATIAL DATA INFRASTRUCTURE COUNCIL

The tenth session of the FBiH Spatial Data Infrastructure Council was held in Mostar on 15 January 2018. At this session Council members discussed the following agenda items:

• Adoption of the minute from XI session of the SDI FBiH Council
• Presentation of the draft version of FBiH Spatial Data Infrastructure Law
• Report on the past activities of the Working Group for technical standards
• Information about Working Group for communication and SDI FBiH capacity building
• Current issues

Minutes from the previous SDI session was adopted, without any objections.

The Working Group for Institutional and Legal Issues President Mr. Goran Brkić, presented the draft version of FBiH Spatial Data Infrastructure Law, council members were discussed and agreed some articles, and gave some suggestions about text changing.

SDI FBiH Council President Mr. Željko Obradović, gave the information about Work Report of the Working Group for technical standards because they were absent. Council members discussed the "Guidelines and recommendations for spatial data service interoperability”, delivered by this Working Group.

SDI FBiH President, Mr. Željko Obradović, informed all members about the 2017 Council Work Report which is adopted by the FBiH Government, and about an idea of holding the conference “Days of SDi FBiH” this year.
