THE SECOND MEETING OF THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE OF “THE 1ST SURVEYORS’ DAYS OF THE FBiH” HELD

The second meeting of the Organizing Committee of the “1st Surveyor’s Days of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina” was held at the premises of the Municipality of Novi Travnik, with all Committee members in attendance. As previously announced, the event will take place in Neum, at the Grand Hotel Neum, from April 24-26, 2026. During the meeting, the preliminary program of the event was agreed upon.

The program for April 25, 2026 includes:

• 8:00  -  9:00    Registration of participants

• 9:00   - 11:00  Opening ceremony and first session
• 11:00 - 11:30  Coffee break
• 11:30 - 13:00  Panel discussion
• 13:00 - 14:00  Lunch
• 14:00 - … Sports competitions (five-a-side football, bocce, table tennis, chess, and darts)
• 20:30  Gala dinner

An exhibition of geodetic equipment and software will be organized throughout the event. The Organizing Committee has decided that the participation fee will amount to 125 BAM, while participants will arrange their own hotel accommodation. By mutual agreement, Ms. Sara Mihaljević was appointed Chair of the Organizing Committee. The sponsorship terms to be offered to interested companies were also defined.

By the end of the month, and no later than February 28, 2026, a promotional leaflet will be prepared and distributed by mail as an official invitation. Invitations for event sponsorship and for exhibiting geodetic equipment and software will be sent out in mid-February.
