THE REGULAR ANNUAL MEETING OF CILAP PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND LEADERS OF ALL COMPONENTS

During November 9 – 10, 2016 the regular Annual meeting of CILAP project management and leaders of all components of Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of RS was held in Teslić.

In opening address Mr. Željko Obradović, director of Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs have welcomed all participants and emphasized the importance of CILAP project. Also, Mr. Denis Tabučić, coordinator of CILAP project have addressed those present and expressed satisfaction with performed activities and results achieved so far.

The meeting was led by Mrs. Anđa Zimić, CILAP project director. During first day results achieved and indicators for Year 2016 were presented by each leader of component along with additional explanations. After presentation of achieved results, time for consultations and agreements between leader of components and coordination of future plans has been left.

The second day planned activities and indicators for 2017 Year by components were presented.

At the end, Sales Price Register application was jointly presented by Ms. Jelena Zelić on behalf of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and Mr. Spomenko Mitrović on behalf of the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of RS.

All participants have expressed their satisfaction with results achieved and above all, by joint work they expect similar and even better results during following period of CILAP project implementation.
