THE IMPULSE PROJECT STEERING COMMITTEE AND MEETING OF THE NATIONAL COORDINATORS

A meeting of the IMPULSE project national coordinators was held in Zagreb on 17 October 2018. Main topic of this meeting was update of the IMPULSE project action plan for each administration/agency. For that purpose, already realized tasks were discussed as well as the tasks that were partially realized or their realization is waiting until the end of the project.

Also, it was discussed about national workshops, in purpose of raising awareness to the national coordinators about of the need for establishment the spatial data infrastructure and SDI geoportal. The proposal of signing the new Memorandum of geodetic administrations of Western Balkan on the field of cadaster, survey and spatial data infrastructure was considered. Participants also talked about the obligations of each geodetic administration in writing book about the IMPULSE project. A meeting of the national coordinators also served as a preparation for the IMPULSE project Steering Committee on 18 October 2018, which gathers all directors of administrations/agencies for cadaster and cartography of Western Balkan and IMPULSE project director.

On the IMPULSE project Steering Committee, it was considered and accepted action plan for the project realization. Once more it was considered agreed text of Memorandum of cooperation, and Memorandum was signed. Also, it was discussed about financing of planned activities until the end of project, and about the Regional conference on cadastre and spatial data infrastructure in 2019- in the organization of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs.

On this occasion, Mr. Željko Obradović, Director and Mrs. Slobodanka Ključanin - National Coordinator for IMPULSE project represented Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs.
