THE FIRST PREPARATORY MEETING FOR THE COMPETENT MUNICIPALITIES/CITY AND LAND REGISTRY OFFICES WAS HELD

In order to realize VII phase of the Real Estate Registration Project in the Federation of BiH, in the premises of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, on Friday, 21 April 2017 a preparatory meeting for the competent municipalities/city and land registry offices was held.

Guests were first addressed by Mr. Zeljko Obradovic, the Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, after which Mr. Nedzad Pasalic, Assistant Director and Head of Unit, explain to the participants the contents of the Project, and then the Consultants from the Project Implementation Unit for the Real Estate Registration Project in FBiH, presented in detail the commitments standing ahead of the municipal courts and municipalities/cities in the preparation and implementation of project activities.

This meeting was attended by representatives from the municipal courts and municipalities/cities, which are planned for Phase VII of the Real Estate Registration Project, and representatives from the municipal courts in: Čapljina, Goražde, Kalesija, Livno, Lukavac, Ljubuški, Gradačac and Orašje. In front of the municipality/city present were representatives from: Neum, Goražde, Kalesija, Sapna, Tomislavgrad, Velika Kladuša, Lukavac, Grude, Gradačac, Odžak and Posušje.

On today’s meeting it was presented the content of the Project activities to harmonize cadastre and land registry, the commitments standing ahead the municipal courts and municipalities/cities in the preparation and implementation of project activities, as well as examples of best practice and procedures in municipal courts and municipalities/cities in the preparation and implementation of the Real Estate Registration Project.
