The eleventh session of the FBiH Spatial data infrastructure council

The eleventh session of the FBiH Spatial Data infrastructure Council was held in premises of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs on 22 March 2018. At this session Council members discussed the following agenda items:

• Adoption of the minutes from X session of the SDI FBiH Council
• Draft version of FBiH Spatial Data Infrastructure Law
• Information about:

-          Working Group for institutional and legal issues

-          Working Group for technical standards

-          Working Group for communication and SDI FBiH capacity building

-          Current issues

This session was attended by Council members of the competent institutions, as determined by the FBiH Government decision.

The main point of the agenda was the Draft version of FBiH Spatial Data Infrastructure Law, prepared by the Working Group for institutional and legal issues. Council members were discussed and agreed some articles, and gave some suggestions about next steps. Members of the other working groups presented their plans and activities so far.

Next session is planned for July 2018.
