The Address Register establishment and registration of citizens residence

A working meeting with purpose of defining modality of cooperation and exchange Address Register data of the Federation of BiH was held on 7 June 2018 in Banja Luka. The meeting was attended by representatives of the IDDEEA - Agency for identification documents, registers and data exchange, representatives of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and CILAP project. The topic of the meeting was also the use of a citizen’s register data that leads IDDEEA in the IT system to maintain cadastral data.

In accordance with earlier deals and joint efforts to solve this issue of exchange Address Register data in unique way, and as a result of cooperation on behalf both sides, the Agreement on cooperation which defines basics of cooperation between Tešanj Municipality and Federal Geodetic Administration was signed, and by that was created formal legal preconditions for discussion of data distribution with other institutions.

It was agreed taking steps on defining of scope and details of the Agreement between Federal Geodetic Administration and IDDEEA, which will create the basis for downloading data, followed by access to the creation of appropriate e-services.
