In addition to visiting the headquarters of the Netherlands Agency for Cadastre, Land Registry and Mapping, representatives of both administrations also had the privilege of visiting the Tribuut tax centre in Epe, which carries out real estate valuations and municipal (utility) tax collection on behalf of the municipalities of Apeldoorn, Brummen, Epe, Lochem, Voorst and Zutphen. The second visit was organized to The Hague respectively to the Netherlands Council for Real Estate Assessment (Waarderingskamer), an independent organization that supervises and monitors valuation in accordance with the Real Estate Valuation Act.
