The study visit to the Land administration institutions and Tax administration of Kingdom of Sweden was organized from 31 May to 3 June 2022 within the “Capacity Building for Improvement of Land Administration and Procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina” – CILAP project.
The main goal of the study visit was to get acquainted with the land administration system in Sweden, with special reference to the cooperation of the Swedish Surveying and Mapping Authority and the Tax Administration in creating a real estate valuation system. The Kingdom of Sweden is an excellent example of mutual cooperation between all institutions and participants in the land administration processes and close cooperation between the Swedish Surveying and Mapping Authority and the Tax Administration is a good example in creating valuation procedures which represent the basis for a developed real estate market.
During the study visit were presented following topics:
The delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina who visited Swedish institutions was consisted of Mrs. Jelka Milićević, Minister of finance of Federation of BiH, Mr. Željko Obradović, Director of the Federal Geodetic Administration, Mr. Slobodan Vukoja, Deputy Director of the FBiH Tax Administration, Mr. Denis Tabučić, Assistant Director of the FGA and representatives of the Republic Authority for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of RS.
The study visit was joined by Director of CILAP Project Mrs. Andja Zimić, and the delegation was welcomed and supported by the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Kingdom of Sweden, Mrs. Elvira Dilberović, who emphasized the importance of the CILAP project implementation.
