Representatives of land registry offices in municipal courts in Federation of BiH have visited Ministry of Justice Republic of Croatia and employees of the „Organized Land“ Project and Municipal Court in Velika Gorica on 5-6 July 2018. A visit was organised within activities of the Real Estate Registration Project and leader of this trip was Mrs. Slađana Lozančić, a land administration consultant in RERP Project.
On a study trip participated heads of land registry offices from municipal courts in Tešanj, Gračanica, Široki Brijeg, Goražde, Bugojno, Mostar, Livno, Velika Kladuša, Bihać, Tuzla, Živinice, Zavidovići, Kakanj, Orašje, Sarajevo, Ljubuški, Travnik, Visoko and Čitluk, who are included in activities of harmonizing data between cadastre and land registry.
First day of visit was held a meeting in the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Croatia, and Assistant Minister at the Administration for Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law Mrs. Mirela Fučkar welcomed all participants and presented project activities. Employees of the “Organized Land” Project (national program for organizing land registry and cadastre) have presented detail activities and their experiences in realization, the legal framework for land registry, results in land registry and cadastre (reconstruction and establishment of land registers), and a common land registry and cadastre information system (ZIS).
Mrs. Slađana Lozančić presented activities of the Real Estate Registration Project and activities on harmonization between land registry and cadastre in Federation of BiH, Mrs. Dijana Brkić Head of the Land Registry office in Tešanj described the procedures of harmonizing data, establishment of the land register.
Second day of the visit representatives of land registry offices have visited Land Registry Office of Municipal Court in Velika Gorica, and employees of Land Registry Office in Velika Gorica explained to representatives of Land Registry Offices of Federation of BiH experiences and activities regarding scanning of land registry, scanning of incoming documents in the land registry office.
A visit was useful for exchanging experiences between employees of land registry offices in Federation of BiH, and most of all regarding harmonization of real estate data, which was implemented through projects „Organized Land“ and „Real Estate Registration Project“ in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in the Republic of Croatia.
