SIGNED CONTRACTS WITHIN THE REAL ESTATE REGISTRATION PROJECT- ADDITIONAL FINANCING

The Contracts for harmonization between cadastral and land registry data has been for a total of 43 cadastral municipalities from the area of the following local self-government units, under jurisdiction of 12 municipal courts: ČITLUK, GRADAČAC, KALESIJA, LUKAVAC, MOSTAR, ODŽAK, ORAŠJE, SREBRENIK, ŠIROKI BRIJEG, LJUBUŠKI, TOMISLAVGRAD, TUZLA and ŽIVINICE.

The Contracts were signed by Mr. Zeljko Obradovic on behalf of the FGA with authorized service providers Geometrika d.o.o. Grude, BN Pro d.o.o. Sarajevo, GeoBiro d.o.o. Konjic, Gauss d.o.o. Tuzla and Trafficon d.o.o. Odžak.

The deadline for the Contracts implementation is six months from the date of effectiveness, followed by the procedure of replacement and establishment of land registry, which is carried out in the land registry offices of competent municipal courts in accordance with the Land Registry Law.

It is useful to mention that another one LOT is in preparation and it will include 46 cadastral municipalities from the area of following local self- government units: BIHAĆ, BUSOVAČA, TRAVNIK, NOVI TRAVNIK, ČAPLJINA, STOLAC, FOČA U FBIH, GRAČANICA, VOGOŠĆA, KAKANJ, SANSKI MOST, VAREŠ and ZENICA, in jurisdiction of 10 municipal courts.
