SEMINAR IN TUZLA CANTON AND POSAVINA CANTON

The seminar on the topic: "Projects of land administration in Tuzla Canton and Posavina Canton - experiences, benefits and future activities" was held on 25 September 2018. Seminar was organised by the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and Association of citizens of the geodetic profession „Geodet“, with support of the Swedish donor project “CILAP”.

Mr. Alen Mešaljić president of the association welcomed all attendees and took advantage to thank director of the Federal Geodetic Administration Mr. Željko Obradović and Mrs. Andja Zimić director of the CILAP project on past cooperation and organized seminar.

CILAP project Director Mrs. Andja Zimić presented project results so far. Current activities, projects and the upcoming planned activities of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs were presented by Mr. Željko Obradović, director.

Mrs. Željka Kolobarić introduced the overview of current situation related to Address Register in Federation of BiH, procedures for establishment of the Address Register in local self-government units of Tuzla Canton and Posavina Canton, results and challenges that arise during the next phase.

All related to the Sales Price Register - application, cooperation, results of current implementation were presented by Mrs. Vedrana Vučić, the development of the Digital Archive system in the Federation of BiH was presented by Mrs. Edina Behić- Bolić.

In second part of the seminar Mr. Elvir Ferhatbegović presented “System for managing cadastre of communal equipment”, and Mr. Almir Karabegović held a presentation “Digital Archive- technologies, standards and metadata”. Mr. Ferid Durmišević presented Address Register in Gradačac Municipality, and considering that five cadastral municipalities aren’t included in the Address Register, during discussionsmany questions are open which can be used in further cooperation and involvement of municipalities in the process.

Thanksgiving by the association "Geodet" was given to the Director of the Federal Geodetic Administration Mr. Željko Obradović, Mrs. Andja Zimić CILAP project director, and all coordinators of the working groups at the end of the seminar.
