In Zenica on May, 23 2017 the seminar was held regarding CILAP project second and third component. The main objectives of the seminar were introducing stakeholders with experience gained during establishment of Address Register and Sales Price Register. Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, Mr. Željko Obradović welcomed participants and opened the seminar followed by a speech of CILAP Project director, Ms. Andja Zimić, with a brief review of the current Project achievements.
The working part of the seminar started with presentation of Mr. Željko Obradović, who presented current work of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, results and challenges that lie ahead during the following period and current projects.
In the second part of the Seminar, activities regarding the establishment of the Address Register in FBiH were presented. Federal Geodetic Administration, together with municipalities in FBiH have recognized the importance and the need of society regarding the establishment of the Address Register. In BiH many citizens and legal entities are registered on provisional or non-existing addresses (in total number of 3 814 535 citizens of BH with registered place of residence, 1 510 769 or around 40% are registered on provisional addresses (NN – without house number) and for that purpose it is necessary to provide accurate and up to date information available to the public, which ultimately ensures the effective management of land administration procedures. Status and activities of the FGA and CILAP project regarding the establishment of the Address was presented in detail by Mr. Ivan Kvesić, coordinator of the working group for the establishment of the AR in Federation BiH. The process of establishment the Address register in the Central Bosnia Canton was presented by Ms. Ana Matišić, employee of the Cantonal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, and presentation of establishing the Address Register in Municipality Ključ was done by Mr. Admir Šistek, head of department for surveying and real estate cadastre in Municipality Ključ.
Part of the seminar related to the Sales Price Register was opened by Mr. Dušan Mitrović, on behalf of Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia, expert in this field, presenting the „Benefits of Sales Price Register and its role in mass valuation in Slovenia“. The basis for economic development and investment is sustainable and transparent real estate market, and through Sales Price Register to provide relevant information regarding real estate market to stakeholders. Sustainable and transparent real estate market is a base for economic development and investment. Many European countries have introduced systems of property valuation for the purpose of equitable taxation of properties.
Sales Price Register in FBiH – applications, cooperation and the results of the current implementation (pilot projects were conducted related to data entry in Sales Price Register in the Municipality Sarajevo Centar and Novo Sarajevo, progress and cooperation with other municipalities) were presented by Ms. Jelena Zelić, coordinator of the working group for the establishment of the Sales Price Register in FBiH.
