SEMINAR HELD IN MOSTAR

In order to present the current activities of the Land Administration Sector and the results and challenges in the following period, a seminar was organized by the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, the Government of The Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Cantonal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and the CILAP project on 15 February 2018 at Hotel „Mostar“in Mostar.

The main objective of the Seminar was to inform participants with the activities of Real Estate Registration Project in FBiH funded by the World Bank loan and Swedish donor project "Capacity building for improving land administration and procedures in BiH" (CILAP) which are carried out in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton also.

The Prime Minister of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Mr. Nevenko Herceg welcomed the attendees and opened the Seminar. The attendees were also greeted by Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs Mr. Željko Obradović and CILAP Project Director, Mrs. Anđa Zimić with a brief overview of the results achieved so far.

The working part of the seminar started with presentation of Mr. Željko Obradović, who presented current work of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, results and challenges that lie ahead during the following period and current projects. Mr. Ivan Lesko, director of Cantonal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs have presented the results of the land administration in this Canton, and Mr. Adelko Krmek presented the advantages of using data of Geoportal HNC.

The overview of current situation related to Address Register in FBiH, the examples of establishment in other local self-governments were presented by Mrs. Željka Kolobarić, Coordinator of the Working Group for the Establishment of Address Register in FBiH, and all related to Sales Price Register in the FBiH - application, cooperation, results of current implementation were presented by Mrs. Jelena Zelić, Coordinator of the Working Group responsible for this issued in FBiH.

The Seminar was completed with a brief discussion and conclusions on the importance of implementing these project activities for both, the Federal Geodetic Administration and for all municipalities in FBiH.
