Seminar "Address Register - the concept, importance and implementation" is held

In order to introduce Address Register, its importance and implementation in the organization of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and CILAP project a seminar was held on February 11, 2016 in Mostar.

The Seminar is intended for all those who directly or indirectly participate in activities related to addresses respectively persons responsible for database administration and legal affairs in procedures for registration/cancellation of residence/stay in FBiH municipalities.In this sense, the Seminar was attended by representatives of municipalities, the Federal Institute of Statistics and cantonal ministries of internal affairs in the Federation BIH.

The main objective of the Seminar was to inform stakeholders with experience gained during establishment of Address Register. At the Seminar, cooperation with other institutions that use address register data from the perspective of the Agency for identification documents, registers and data exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina - IDDEEA is presented by Mr. Marijo Marković. Address Register associated with data from IDDEEA and Bosnia and Herzegovina’s geodetic authorities will be the basis for issuance of correct identification documents and civil registration, solving of communal problems, issuing of various permits, statistical purposes.
