The IMPULSE project national workshop entitled: „SDI RAISING AWARENESS- BENEFITS FROM IMPULSE PROJECT TO SDI FBIH AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT “was held in Sarajevo on 6 December 2018. Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, Mr. Željko Obradović opened the workshop and welcomed all participants, and pointed out the importance of sharing data.
A working part of the workshop opened Mr. Tomislav Ciceli by presenting the IMPULSE project and benefits for the SDI FBiH from the project, Mrs. Slobodanka Ključanin presented Spatial Data Infrastructure of the Federation of BiH and results achieved so far. The FIG Commission 7- Cadastre and Land Management was presented by Mrs. Gerda Schennach, Chair of FIG Commission 7. Mr. Ivan Gyula, Vice- Chair of the FIG Commission 7 presented experiences of the implementation INSPIRE theme Cadastral parcels in Hungary. Mr. Vladimir Krupa, member of CLGE explained importance of authoritative data and public appointment and the role played by the team civil servant/private surveyor.
In second part of the workshop emphasis is placed on the Register of subjects and Register of data sources, and Metadata editor which was presented by Mr. Nikola Cvjetković and Mrs. Amela Huković presented the application of Metadata editor.
Mr. Nedim Hadžiosmanović presented the complexity of the establishment of SDI and the role of municipal cadastre in its implementation. After this presentation, there was also a discussion of the present subjects, after which conclusions were drawn up.
