REPRESENTATIVES OF THE GEODETIC ADMINISTRATION OF NETHERLANDS HAVE VISITED THE FEDERAL ADMINISTRATION FOR GEODETIC AND REAL PROPERTY AFFAIRS

Representatives of the Geodetic Administration of Netherlands have visited the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs on 6 April 2018. Since there was a first visit of the Geodetic Administration of Netherlands, a specially sightseeing of FGA archive and management offices was organized. A visit was planned under the program as a continuation of the "NSDI and INSPIRE" workshop held in Mostar from 3 to 5 April 2018.

Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs Mr. Željko Obradović welcomed the participants and held a presentation about competencies and organization of the Federal Geodetic Administration. Current activities were presented, with an accent on the Spatial Data Infrastructure. Mr. Nikola Cvjetković a coordinator of the “SPATIAL REGION” Project and member of the SDI Council FBiH presented current and planned activities regarding Spatial Data Infrastructure, and thanked representatives of the Geodetic Administration of Netherlands on their visit. A visit of the representatives of the Federal Geodetic Administration to the Geodetic Administration of Netherlands was also considered.
