PUBLIC DEBATE ON DRAFT LAW ON CONSTRUCTION LAND OF FEDERATION OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

After held public debates in Mostar, Sarajevo, Bihac and Tuzla in cooperation with the Association of municipalities and cities of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs as the Draft Law processor held final public debate on 9 December 2020 in the Administration’s premises. The debate was attended by a limited number of people with secured access to the online access link for participation, considering the Covid-19 pandemic situation and prescribed epidemiological measures.    

On the public debate participated representatives of the Federal Attorney’s Office, Federal Ministry of Law, Association of municipalities and cities of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and representative of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ms. Nesiha Podzer.

Mr. Goran Brkic, Assistant Director in Sector for Geodetic-Property and General Issues presented the Draft Law on Construction Land, after that Mr. Zeljko Obradovic, Director addressed all attendees and asked for a constructive discussion and exchange of views.

All attendees contributed the quality of public debate trough their active participation, remarks, suggestions and proposals.
