PRESENTATION OF THE SALES PRICE REGISTER APPLICATION TO THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF KLJUČ, SANSKI MOST AND CITY OF BIHAĆ

In order to start with the preparatory activities for inclusion in the Sales Price Register implementation on 26 September 2017, the training was held for representatives of municipalities of Ključ, Sanski Most and City of Bihać, after they expressed interest. The meeting was attended by the members of Commission for property valuation and representatives of the FBiH Tax Administration.

After the introductory meeting and presentation of the Sales Price Register benefits, application and examples of data collection using Minutes of municipal commission have been presented, and training on data entry in SPR application was conducted. At the meeting, following activities, which include a preparatory phase and establishment of Sales Price Register in these municipalities were agreed.

In the Federation of BiH implementation plan for Year 2017, forseen inclusion of 25 municipalities/ cities, but considering that the interest is great, it is planned to start with the preparatory activities for inclusion of other municipalities/cities in the Sales Price Register implementation.
