PRESENTATION OF THE SALES PRICE REGISTER APPLICATION TO THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CAZIN AND VITEZ

In order to continue the successful cooperation and implementation of activities regarding Component 3 of the CILAP Project- "Support to the establishment of Sales Price Register" a meetings were held on 13 and 14 July 2017 in the premises of the Municipalities of Cazin and Vitez. Representatives of Municipalities respectively, members of the Municipal commission for property valuation and representatives of the Tax Administration of the FBiH attended a meeting.

After the presentation of the application, participants were acquainted with organizational and process models of Sales Price Register (SPR). The examples of data collection was presented by using the Minutes of municipal commission, and training on data entry in SPR application was conducted. At the meeting were agreed the following activities which include a preparatory phase and establishment of Sales Price Register in both municipalities.

The FBiH implementation plan for Year 2017 includes 25 municipalities. According to the sales data provided by the FBiH Tax Authority, these 25 municipalities covers 65 % of the property transaction in FBiH. Five municipalities are already in the implementation phase, and the remaining 20 are in the preparation phase. During the July, training with 9 more municipalities is planned in order to start with preparatory activities for inclusion in the Sales Price Register implementation.
