Presentation of Sales Price Register application to Stari Grad, Travnik, Bugojno and Žepče municipalities

During the fourth week of July, the training was held on July 24, 2017 in the premises of the Municipality Stari Grad, Sarajevo and on July 26, 2017 in the premises of the Municipality Travnik for Travnik, Bugojno and Žepče municipalities. Representatives of Municipality respectively members of Municipal commission for property valuation and representatives of the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina attended the training.

After the presentation of the application, following activities, which include establishment of Sales Price Register were agreed.

In Federation BiH implementation plan for Year 2017, forseen inclusion of 25 municipalities/ cities but considering that the interest is great, it is planned to start with the preparatory activities for inclusion of other municipalities in the Sales Price Register implementation.

So far, locations have been selected to ensure the presence of all types of data and transactions in order to make the data entry process as good as possible. One of aims is to establish a standardized process of real estate transactions in the FBiH and the methodology for real estate valuation by the representatives of the municipal valuation commissions.
