Presentation of Regulation on Public display of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land

The meeting of the representatives of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs with representatives of municipal cadastral offices was held on 27 February 2017 in Sarajevo. On this occasion, Regulation on Public display of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land that has been adopted by FBiH Government on November 10, 2016 was presented.

Attendees were welcomed by Mr. Željko Obradović, director of Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, who emphasized the importance of the adopted Regulation, and harmonization of cadastre and land registry data, which is carried out within the Real Estates Registration Project (RERP).Director pointed out that this will assist local self-governments that have so called “Census Cadastre” and some of these municipalities will be part of a pilot project. Employees of cadastral offices, their datedness and responsibility are the key to success in the preparation of projects related to public display of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land. Mr. Željko Obradović pointed out that outcome is full harmonization of land registry and cadastre data.

The Regulation on Public display of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land have presented Mr. Ivan Lesko, director of Cantonal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton. The Regulation is based on the Law on Survey and Real Estate Cadastre from Year 1984, and the Rulebook on public display of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land from Year 1989 and it includes all the necessary definitions and guidelines for public display of real estates, and procedures relating to each type of real estate. With presentation of all activities, regardingdevelopment of databases, Mr. Lesko pointed out that tasks of local self-governments during Year 2017 should be analysis of status of documentation, and during Year 2018 - implementation of projects.

A presentation regarding commitments of local self-governments during preparation of projects related to public display of data was held by Mr. Admir Šistek, head of office for Geodetic and Cadastral Affairs of Municipality Ključ.The presentation included all required steps in the process of public display of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land.

After presentation, there was discussion where representatives of local self-governments posed questions with aim to find out common solutions to specific problems.
