preparatory meeting held

A preparatory meeting on continuation of implementation of the Real Estate Registration Project was held on 13 October 2015, in the offices of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of FBH.

This meeting was facilitated by Mr. Željko Obradović, Mr. Nedžad Pašalić, and Mr. Ivan Lesko, and it was attended by representatives of the Municipal Courts and the Municipalities that are planned for Phase 5 of harmonization of cadastre and land registry data, namely representatives from the Municipal Courts of Sarajevo, Bugojno, Travnik, Visoko, and from the Municipalities of Novi Travnik, Donji Vakuf, Vareš, Novi Grad Sarajevo, Busovača, Usora, Breza, Ilidža, Visoko, Vitez, and Travnik.

The contents of the cadastre and land registry data harmonization project were presented in the meeting, as well as the forthcoming responsibilities of the Municipal Courts and the Municipalities, which was followed by a discussion in which all questions and suggestions of the meeting’s participants, primarily relating to implementation of the project activities, were actively discussed.

One of the conclusions of the meeting, resulting from the discussion, is that continuous cooperation of the project stakeholders, i.e., the Municipal Courts and the Municipalities, is required for further implementation of the cadastre and land registry data harmonization.
