PREPARATORY MEETING FOR THE PHASE IX OF THE RERP PROJECT

A preparatory meeting with the cities/municipalities representatives which are planned for the PHASE IX of the RERP project was held in the premises of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs on 21 October 2019.

At the beginning, the Director, Mr. Željko Obradović and Assistant Director and Head of the RERP Project Implementation Unit, Mr. Nedžad Pašalić addressed all attendees and presented current projects and activities of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs. Mr. Muris Ajanović, a consultant for cadaster in the RERP Project Implementation Unit and Mrs. Slađana Lozančić, a consultant for land registry in the RERP Project Implementation Unit have presented the obligations of all participants in the project implementation, as well as some key items, which require special attention.

On the meeting participated representatives of the Municipal Courts Travnik, Gračanica, Visoko, Kakanj, Zavidovići, Zenica, Lukavac, Kalesija, Goražde, Mostar, Čapljina and Vlika Kladuša, and presentatives of cities/municipalities of Gračanica, Kakanj, Lukavac, Ravno, Čapljina, Kalesija, Busovača, Velika Kladuša, Stolac, Breza, Vareš, Goražde, Foča and Mostar.

After the held meeting, the Agreements on joint implementation of activities on harmonization of land registry and cadastral data will be submitted to all cities/municipalities planned for the XI Phase.
