MEETING WITHIN THE DESIGN PHASE OF THE NEW SWEDISH DONOR PROJECT IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

A joint meeting of representatives of Entity geodetic administrations, Lantmäteriet and Embassy of Kingdom of Sweden was held in premises of the Federal Geodetic Administration on 29 September 2022. at the meeting attended Mr. Željko Obradović, FGA Director with his associates, representatives of the Republic Geodetic Authority of RS, Mr. Mikael Ljilje, Head of the International Services Department, Lantmäteriet, Ms Andja Zimic, CILAP project director and representatives of the Embassy of Kingdom of Sweden namely, Ms Eva Gibson Smedberg, Counsellor and Mr. Nedim Bukvic, Programme Officer.

During the meeting was presented prepared project proposal as a part of the design phase of the new Swedish donor project, which would provide support to the Bosnia and Herzegovina land administration sector in view of the adopted Strategy of the Kingdom of Sweden to support Balkans reforms 2021-2027.

The participants of the meeting expressed their satisfaction with the cooperation so far and the progress achieved, and the support frameworks and deadlines for contracting future cooperation were also agreed. The cooperation should start at the first half of 2023.
