Meeting of the working group for Geodetic Infrastructure

In Bijeljina, on March 15, 2016 a meeting of the working group for the geodetic infrastructure was held. During meeting the work plan for the Year 2016 and synchronization with the regular activities of both Geodetic Administrations as well with activities funded from other sources were discuss.

In order to realize the Strategy of implementation of new reference system in RS and FBiH, this year was agreed to work on the following:

• To prepare legislation amendments and to dratf instructions for the basic geodetic works modeled on the HMK-geodesi in Sweden
• According to the Project Network NVT3 to project stabilization of new benchmarks in order to start with recognition and stabilization
• The terms of reference for the determination of the points of the new stabilized reference network in the Federation BiH
• Completion of the gravimetric survey of BiH project

This would create the preconditions for the start of the gravity survey and NVT3.
