MEETING OF REPRESENTATIVES OF ENTITY GEODETIC ADMINISTRATIONS IN BANJA LUKA

A meeting between representatives of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and Republic Authority for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs Republic of Srpska was held in Banja Luka on 31 January 2023. At the meeting participated Mr. Željko Obradović, Director of FGA, Mr. Denis Tabučić and Mr. Sead Hadžić, Assistant Directors, Mr. Dragan Stanković, Director of RGA and Mr. Aleksandar Deurić and Mr. Jasenko Nedinić, Assistant Directors.

The meeting was held with an aim of maintaining cooperation in preparation and implementation of land administration projects of common interest in Bosnia and Herzegovina. One of the topics was the continuation of exchange cadastral and land registry documentation, and so far 80% of the documentation has been exchanged. Considering certain obstacles regarding the exchange of documentation, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Government appointed a working group for these matters, at the proposal of the Federal Geodetic Administration and Federal Ministry of Justice.

At the meeting participants also discussed vital projects, especially “Real Estate Valuation Project” whose implementation is expected to begin next year, as well as new donor project of the Government of Kingdom of Sweden whose implementation is expected to begin very soon. The mentioned project will represent technical support for the "Real Estate Valuation Project" as well as capacity building support of two Administrations.
