On February 24, 2026, a working meeting was held between representatives of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and the Municipality of Ilidža as part of the implementation of the cadastral survey renewal project in this municipality.

It was noted at the meeting that activities related to the renewal of the cadastral survey and the establishment of the land register have been fully completed for the cadastral municipality of Vlakovo, thereby successfully finalizing the overall process of establishing the real estate cadastre for this area.

For the cadastral municipalities of Blažuj and Osijek, activities within the cadastral phase have been completed, including public exhibition of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land. In the forthcoming period, the establishment of the land register is planned, which will complete the process of establishing the real estate cadastre and ensure full harmonization of data.

The public exhibition of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land is currently underway for the cadastral municipalities of Butmir and Hrasnica, with completion expected in the near future. Regarding the cadastral municipality of Doglodi, preparatory activities for the survey renewal have been completed, and the public exhibition of data is planned to begin at the end of March 2026.

During the meeting, further activities were agreed upon to expand the scope of the project, including the initiation of survey renewal procedures for additional cadastral municipalities within the Municipality of Ilidža, with the aim of fully regulating cadastral and land registry data.

Both parties expressed satisfaction with the activities carried out, and confirmed their commitment to continued cooperation and the successful implementation of the cadastral survey renewal project, in the interest of citizens and strengthening legal security in real estate transactions.
