The Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs extends its sincere congratulations to all surveyors in Bosnia and Herzegovina on the occasion of Global Surveyors Day – March 21. This date is celebrated within the international professional community as a day dedicated to promoting the importance of the surveying profession, its contribution to social development, and its key role in the spatial planning, land, and reliable geospatial data.

The surveying profession plays an important role in the processes of digital transformation of public administration, the development of spatial data infrastructure, the improvement of cadastre and land records, spatial planning, construction, environmental protection, and in supporting sustainable social and economic development. Modern geodesy combines expertise, technology, and responsibility, creating a reliable foundation for informed decision-making in the public and private sector.

The Federal Administration remains committed to strengthening the geodetic, cadastral, and geoinformatics system of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina through the development of modern registers, improving the quality of spatial data, digitalizing services, and supporting institutional cooperation at the national and international level.

To all surveyors, as well as to all professionals who contribute through their work to the development of the geospatial sector, we express our respect and gratitude, with wishes for continued professional success, progress, and greater recognition of our profession.
