Final meeting with the directors of geodetic authorities

At the request of the Swedish Embassy - Sida, in order to recognize the impact and results of the CILAP project on the development of land administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the evaluation of the CILAP project is ongoing.

The evaluation performs an independent consultant Mr. Leif Danielsson from Sweden and it includes interviews with the directors of geodetic authorities, CILAP project coordinators and leaders of the working groups as well as with a number of institutions involved in the project (municipalities Citluk and Sarajevo center, IDDEEA, tax administration FBiH). The evaluation results will be one of the important parameters for a decision on the approval of the continuation of the project for the next 4 years (2016-2019).

As part of the evaluation a final meeting between the consultant and Mr. Zeljko Obradovic, director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Milos Komljenovic, director of the Republic Authority for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the Republic of Srpska (RGA),  RGA project coordinator for CILAP Mr. Darko Miskovic and CILAP project director Ms. Andja Zimic was held on April 22, 2015 in the premises of the RGA in Banja Luka.

During the meeting, the directors of geodetic authorities expressed their great satisfaction with the results achieved within the CILAP project and stressed the necessity of the continuation in order to successfully finish implementation of the project activities. Mr. Leif Danielsson said that the results achieved so far are very good and there are significant indications that the project objectives will be met. The final document on the evaluation of the project will be made after detailed analysis and submitted to the geodetic authorities and CILAP management by the end of May.
