FINAL MEETING WITH CILAP PROJECT EVALUATORS

Final meeting regarding CILAP project evaluation held in premises of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs on 28 September 2018. On the meeting participated directors of the Entity Geodetic Administrations, Mr. Željko Obradović and Mrs. Bosiljka Predragović, CILAP project director Andja Zimić, coordinator of the CILAP project for Federation of BiH Mr. Denis Tabučić, representatives of the Swedish Embassy in Sarajevo Mrs. Marie Bergstorm and Mr. Nedim Bukvić, and CILAP project evaluators Mrs. Bozena Lipej and Mr. Svend Erik Sorensen.

Results/achievements of both Entity Geodetic Administrations were presented through all six components, and evaluators expressed satisfaction with the achieved results and emphasized that this is one of the most effective evaluations in which they have had the opportunity to participate. They especially pointed out activities on Address Register- 70 of 79 municipalities included, and Sales Price Register- both of Entity Geodetic Administrations presented “Public display of Sales Price Register”.

Evaluators presented benefits/efficiency of components for all users of the Land Administration sector, and presented guidelines for continuing project activities. Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs Mr. Željko Obradović and Director of the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs Mrs. Bosiljka Predragović thanked evaluators on detail evaluation, representatives of the Swedish Embassy on previous support and expressed the wish of the Administrations to continue this very successful cooperation through the next phases of project implementation.

In the upcoming months, more work will be done on the negotiation of possible ways of extending donor assistance to the Land Administration Sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Kingdom of Sweden.
